Cancellation Policy

Payment will only be collected after the service is complete Just some things to take note of before the detail: 🚫 Deposit will be forefitted upon cancellation 📅 Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you would want to postpone the appointment (late postponing may result in automatic cancellation) 🚘 Do ensure your vehicle is parked at a allocated washing bay with a water source 💳 Do remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the detail 👁️ We will conduct an exterior & interior inspection. There may be extension of timing depending on the severity of your vehicle. ⚠️ For serious cases there may be extra charges for the best possible results. We will let you know in advance, no hidden charges. (e.g fully covered in mud, interior has human discharge, etc.) ✨For polishing services, you may be recommended a 2 step Polish (at extra charge) if your paint is severe in order to get the best possible results If you have any other questions, feel free to let us know, we look forward to getting your Car Fresh, thank you for putting your trust in us! 😊
